Account deletion

Leaving is easy.

You can delete your account and data at any time.

Delete from the app (fastest)

  1. Open Dil Punjab and tap your photo to open the menu.
  2. Go to Settings, then Delete account.
  3. Confirm with your PIN.

Just need a break? Choose Pause my profile or Deactivate instead. Your profile is hidden and you can come back any time.

Can't access the app?

Use the contact form and choose "Privacy or my data". To protect your account, we'll ask you to confirm the phone number you signed up with. We will never ask for your PIN or ID documents.

What happens next

  • Your profile is hidden from everyone straight away, and your matches and chats close.
  • Your account data is permanently deleted after a 30-day recovery period.
  • Some limited records may be kept longer where the law requires it or to keep the community safe, for example details of serious safety reports.
